Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to navigate challenges on your own. At Everwell Counseling, I provide individual therapy for adults who are ready to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and supportive space. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, improved coping skills, and lasting change.

My approach combines relational therapy with evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This means we’ll look at how your past experiences may be shaping your present patterns, while also building practical skills for managing emotions, improving communication, and creating healthier habits.
