My Approach
At Everwell Counseling, my goal is to offer a space that feels safe, comfortable, and free of judgment. I’m guided by relational theory and the belief that healing happens in the context of genuine, supportive connection. I work to build a relationship where you feel understood and respected-not just as a client, but as a person navigating real challenges.

My approach is eclectic and flexible because no single method works for everyone. I draw from attachment theory, parts work, insight-oriented therapy, and other integrative tools to help you understand yourself more fully and make sense of how your past experiences shape the patterns you’re seeing now. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, what’s working for you, and what needs to shift so you can move toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with your values.

I also bring specialized training to my work with both individuals and couples. I’m Level 2 trained in the Gottman Method, which provides practical, research-based support for strengthening communication and connection. For trauma work, I offer EMDR to help process and heal from painful experiences. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, or major life transitions, you don’t have to manage it alone. If you’d like to take the next step, feel free to reach out for a free phone consultation. I’m really glad you’re here.
Fees
I accept several insurance plans and also offer private pay services. Reduced-fee appointments are available to support accessibility. Please contact me directly to discuss rates, availability, and options that work for you.

Insurance
If you are using insurance, your session cost is determined by your individual plan, including deductible, copay, and coinsurance.

I verify benefits as a courtesy; however, I strongly recommend confirming coverage directly with your insurance provider, including any out-of-pocket responsibility.
Please note that many plans do not cover couples therapy.
