My Approach

My mission at Everwell Counseling is to provide a safe, comfortable, and confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without fear of judgment. I'm inspired by relational theory and believe that growth and healing happen through meaningful connection and collaboration. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is built on mutual trust and respect.

While my foundation is rooted in the relational approach, I also integrate evidence-based tools from CBT and DBT to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change. Together we'll explore how your past experiences shape your current patterns and relationships, and work to create new ways of engaging in the world that feel more authentic and value aligned. I consider each person an expert of themselves--I am here to support and empower you as we work together towards your identified goals.

Fees

I believe that everyone should have access to mental health resources. That's why I am committed to setting ethical fees, while never compromising on quality care.

My standard rates are as follows:

Initial Intake Session: $150

55 Minute Session: $125

45 Minute Session: $115

I offer a free initial 15 minute consultation so you can get to know me and my approach to therapy before committing to a therapy plan. During this consultation, we can discuss any concerns or questions you may have and determine together if we are a good fit for each other.

**In addition to standard rates, I offer a limited number of clients a "reduced rate" option. Please let me know if you are interested in one of these appointments during our initial consultation.

Statement on Insurance

Please note that I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a superbill upon request.

No surprises Act: The No Surprises Act established new protections and disclosure requirements against surprise medical billing that took effect on January 1, 2022.  The new law requires healthcare providers and facilities to provide Good Faith Estimates to uninsured, out-of-network, or self-paying clients for services offered when scheduling care or when the client requests an estimate.
